C-D: Defend Luz: More than one way

And nothing says unintentional manipulation like a teary eyed Cece.

While doing her part to help Luz, Cece realizes Marcus has gone missing and goes searching for her little son. She has trouble finding him and with tears in her eyes seeks help from some visitors near her.

"Have you seen my son Marcus? He's a dragon type I believe. I'm worried for him with those horrid Darkrai people going around causing trouble for Luz. If you see him, please tell him I'm looking for him and everything will be okay.

And please be safe while here at Luz and keep an eye out for anything odd. It's probably someone from Darkrai trying to hurt someone."
